Harriet Leigh, co owner and sister of chef Toby is the General Manager and Bar Manager. At 20 she decided to leave the cold of England and head for Sydney, Australia, home of their mother (and chief strategist) Helen Leigh. She spent 8 happy years here, honing her bar skills first at the Hotel Hollywood under the tutelage of Marc Symons and the legendary Doris Goddard. After four years at ‘the hollywood’ she moved on to head up the bar at Melt, one of Sydney’s premier live music venues. Somehow through bribery and blackmail Toby persuaded her to move away from the sunshine back to Britain to help him open up Age & Sons.
