Set over two floors of a Victorian warehouse within a leafy courtyard in Ramsgate, our restaurant serves delicious seasonal food prepared by one of the UK’s most talented emergent young chefs, Toby Leigh.
Wherever possible we use locally-sourced produce. We buy fruit and veg from nearby allotments, get fish straight off the boats bobbing in the harbour, and pay local foragers to seek out earthly delights from the surrounding coastline and countryside.
We aim to be as sustainable as possible, from the delicious seasonal food we serve to the hands on training we offer our staff who come from the local community college.
